1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the ManipulaPro service (online training and issuance of professional food handler certificates), provided through manipulapro.com.
2. Service provider
Service operated by the owner of manipulapro.com. Full identification, tax ID and postal address available upon request via the contact channels indicated.
3. Service description
Access to food safety training material, 10-question final exam with free retake, and instant PDF certificate with unique verifiable code. The certificate complies with EU Reg. 852/2004 and Spanish RD 109/2010.
4. Price and payment
Individual certificate price: €19.99 (Spanish VAT 21% included). B2B packs apply progressive discounts. Payments processed via Stripe.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, except where you have started the final exam, in which case you expressly waive the right of withdrawal as the digital content has been delivered.
6. Certificate validity
The certificate is valid for 4 years from the issue date. Acceptance of the certificate by employers, health authorities or other entities is the user's responsibility to verify under the applicable local regulation.
7. Limitation of liability
ManipulaPro provides training and verification tools. We are not responsible for misuse of the certificate by third parties or regulatory changes after the issue date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile (habitual EU residence).
